Richard Rogerson

Richard is an innovative visionary in the realm of cybersecurity. Recognizing the pressing requirements of companies in fortifying their security frameworks, Richard established Packetlabs in 2011. Built on the premise that their success in helping clients strengthen their security posture would largely hinge on hiring and developing the best and brightest cybersecurity talent, Richard invests heavily on continuous learning for his team; his remarkable insights into the current and future state of cybersecurity have earned him media recognition, solidifying his reputation as a prominent figure in the field.

Denis Kucinic

As Vice President of Operations. Denis’s extensive experience in leading top-tier teams of ethical hackers has established him as a leading authority in the cybersecurity community: moreover, he has worked in-depth on pentesting engagements, policies and standards creation, security operations, and incident response. Denis enjoys digging into problems; the more difficult, the more exciting. Denis immerses himself and borderline fixates on issues until they’ve assessed it from every possible angle.

Ian Lin

Ian is an experienced penetration tester and red teamer with over 8 years of experience in the information security space, bringing a novel approach to organization's security challenges. He oversees the development of Packetlabs' service offerings, innovation, and extending capabilities to match sophisticated threat groups that organizations struggle with.

Caustan de Riggs

As the Vice President of Sales at Packetlabs, Caustan de Riggs lends a unique lens to the evolving threat landscape. Over the past 15 years, he has collaborated closely with executives across Fortune 500 companies in Financial Services, Life Sciences, Consumer Packaged Goods, Government, Entertainment, and Technology Services.
